The tour gave me a great experience the driver was so nice and funny but I needed to go back to the homestay early because after a long day sitting on the bus I felt a bit sleepy.

I am a solo traveler, can I join with the group?

These are individual, couple, or group tours (based on your preference and needs). Even as a solo traveler, you’ll still receive the full tour experience.
We also have group tour runing everyday with around 10 people.

Can I bring my suitcase or big backpack?

As we will be traveling on motorbikes, limited storage is available. Small Backpacks and easy-to-carry bags are recommended. Reconsider bringing large or difficult suitcases.
You can leave big backpack in Benjamin Hostel storage with CCTV 24/7

Can I make payment by card?

Yes, we accept payment by cash and card when you pay in our office or you can make the payment through website.

Where will the bus pick us up to go to Ha Giang?

If you haven’t booked your bus yet, we can arrange one for you from Hanoi or other provinces to Ha Giang and back, or to your next destination.

Do you have scooter/automatic bike?

In the hilly terrain of Ha Giang, using an automatic bike is less safe and environmentally friendly than opting for a semi-automatic or manual bike. The roads here are full of ups and downs, making it challenging for automatic bikes to handle the uneven surfaces, often resulting in breakdowns. Another safety issue is the lack of gears in automatic bikes, preventing them from engine braking effectively. In this post, we will learn how to drive a semi-automatic scooter so you can be confident to do the loop with Benjamin Ha Giang.
